A Private Recovery Mentorship for Women in the Middle of It

If your life has been turned upside down and you’re just trying to get through the day — you’re not broken, and you’re not failing.

You’re in a stabilization phase.

This private mentorship is for women who are navigating the shock, grief, and disorientation that follows narcissistic abuse, divorce, or relational trauma — and need steady, grounded support right now.

This is not therapy.
This is not coaching.

This is guided support from someone who understands this territory deeply.

The first stage in this process is to complete our Application form. The application is simply a way to ensure this support is right for you.
It’s not about being “ready” — just about fit.

This Space Is For You If:

  • You feel emotionally overwhelmed or unsteady

  • Your nervous system feels fried

  • You’re struggling to think clearly or make decisions

  • You’re exhausted from holding everything together

  • You don’t want to do this part alone

This is a short, contained space where I walk alongside you to help you:

  • stabilize emotionally

  • regain clarity and orientation

  • feel less alone

  • ground yourself during uncertainty

  • gently prepare for what comes next

There is no pressure to “heal”, fix yourself, or have it all figured out.

To protect both of us, it’s important to be clear.

This mentorship is not:

  • Therapy

  • Crisis or emergency support

  • Trauma processing or diagnosis

  • A long-term healing program

It’s about support, grounding, and safety during a destabilizing life chapter.



How it Works

  • Duration: 6 weeks

  • Format:

    • 1 private call per week (45–60 minutes)

    • Light message or voice-note support between sessions

  • Pace: Gentle, human, responsive

  • Capacity: Very limited (small number of women only)
